The site is information, not a contract

The Learning Center articles, the FAQ, the Before You Build guide and everything else here are general information to help you plan a custom home. Every site, design and budget is different, so any costs, ranges or timeframes we mention are examples, not a quote or a promise for your project.

Nothing on this website is an offer, bid, estimate or agreement to build. Any work we do for you is governed only by a written contract signed by you and Matt Noss Construction, LLC. If that contract and this website ever disagree, the contract wins.

Booking a call

When you book a call or send us a message, you are asking us to get in touch, nothing more. Neither of us is committed to anything by it. If we need to move a time you picked, we will contact you to rearrange it. Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you.

Our photos and content

The photos, articles, guide, videos and design of this site belong to Matt Noss Construction, LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to view, download and share them for your own personal use, such as sending the guide to your spouse or saving a photo for ideas. Please don't copy them for commercial use, or present our homes or writing as someone else's, without our written permission.

The testimonials on this site are from real clients and describe their own experience. Your project will have its own site, design, budget and decisions, so your experience may differ.

Using the site fairly

Please don't use the forms to send spam or someone else's details, try to get into parts of the site that aren't public, or interfere with how the site works.

We link to other sites, such as Google, Houzz and BuildZoom, so you can check our reviews and records for yourself. Those sites are run by other companies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
